Job Detail: Cloud Architect
Role Overview
Index Engines’ CyberSense currently runs on the customer premises. The company has a goal to implement cloud versions of the application. The cloud versions would:
- Allow Managed Service Providers to support multiple customers
- Allow Enterprise customers to manage CyberSense through a “single pane of glass” across multiple geographic locations
- Support customers running in cloud environments like AWS and Azure
This individual will be responsible for working the Product Management organization to develop a cloud strategy and then work with the rest of the Engineering team to develop and implement an architecture to fulfill that strategy. We are looking an individual who has the breadth and depth of knowledge in cloud technologies to lead this effort.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience developing a cloud architecture for a complex IT product
- Experience interacting with customers to understand their needs
- A proven track record of delivering quality results in a timely fashion
- A proven track record of technical leadership
- Extensive knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Strong communication skills
